Meet Team A PLUS CARE

Sergiu N.

Care Services Manager

Responsible for overall service quality, client support, staff performance, training, feedback and maintaining professional standards. Sergiu has over 11 years’ experience in health and social care, all of it with A PLUS CARE, having previously worked as a Healthcare Assistant and Senior Healthcare Assistant on both day and night shifts. He holds a Level 6 degree in Health and Social Care and a degree in Nursing.

Client Relations Coordinator

Responsible for maintaining regular communication with clients, following up on staffing requirements and addressing feedback promptly.

Florin A.

Administration & Compliance

Responsible for staff files, compliance documentation, DBS checks, references, right-to-work checks and training records.

Raz R.

On-Call & Rota Coordinator

Responsible for shift allocations, rota management, emergency cover and supporting clients through our 24-hour on-call service.
